CesaFlow is an AI-powered software orchestration platform that generates code, manages runs, and provides development tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate malicious code or malware

5. API Keys and Usage

You may bring your own API keys for third-party AI providers. CesaFlow is not responsible for charges incurred on your third-party accounts. Usage limits are enforced per your subscription plan.

6. Intellectual Property

Code generated by the Service using your instructions belongs to you. The Service itself, including its design, algorithms, and branding, remains the property of CesaFlow.

7. Limitation of Liability

CesaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
